Experience
Mike brings a wide variety of experience to his role.
He is currently the Professional Experience Coordinator for Intermediate / Senior teacher candidates at the Faculty of Education at Lakehead University, but is more known for his experience as an elementary and secondary principal for 10 years at the Thunder Bay Catholic School Board at St. Patrick High School, St. Ignatius High School, Bishop E.Q. Jennings Senior Elementary and St. Bernard Elementary schools.
In addition, Mike is one of very few Canadian principals to acquire Google for Education Trainer and Google for Education Innovator certifications.

Updating, reviewing and creating new policies is an important part of ensuring that operations run smoothly. Mike has experience in all of these aspects and can work with your organization to ensure that your school policies are up to date and effective.
He can also assist with issues that arise when policies need to be upheld by working with your administration should issues arise.

Technology Consulting
As a Certified Google for Education Innovator and Trainer, Mike has led Google Training across North America helping staff and students learn new skills in Google Workspace and with other platforms including Microsoft 365, Adobe products and others.
